  1. Hi,
I took the Safety Class several years ago and then was a weekly student with Mariano Agustin for 2 years until he passed away. I’d like to return and start practicing again. I have my own equipment, but would like to come early weekday mornings. What is the earliest I can come to the range?
    Thank you,
    David

    1. Hi David,

If you have your own equipment you can come to the range as long as the park is open and there isn’t a private event happening. So, basically most times of the day and week. I hope this helps.

    1. Hi Susan,
No, there is no charge for the safety class. The info we have is minimal on the class schedule. Please feel free to check out the Rancho Park Archers official website: https://www.ranchoparkarchers.org/. Currently, it is a splash page, but hopefully, soon there will be information posted.
Dirk and I will post when we have more information.

I’m here visiting a friend for two weeks and we would love to try archery. Unfortunately we can’t do Saturday mornings. Is there any chance we could come another day for first time class? Thank you!!

    1. Hi Rebecka,
There will probably be a chance on Sundays. The info we have is minimal on the class schedule. Please feel free to check out the Rancho Park Archers official website: https://www.ranchoparkarchers.org/. Currently, it is a splash page, but hopefully, soon there will be information posted.

  5. Hi! Do you have a phone number? Trying to get some info if possible to come in this week (Weds 8/17) – Hoping to do a quick video segment for work with an instructor. Thank you!

    1. Hello Natalie,
Unfortunately, the range is closed for construction right now. So you will not be able to film inside the range. Hopefully, soon the range will be open. Keep checking our site for up dates.
      Thanks,
      Laura

  6. Is the range closed completely or just some parts of it? I’m really interested in archery and was hoping to come and study. Also facebook page link doesn’t work 😦

  7. Hello,

My daughter’s birthday is on the 10th of September and I would like to bring her and her friends to the archery range for recreational use. We’re a group of 6 people; I’d like to know what time can we come.

    Thank you.

  8. Hi there, do you guys have a tentative date for the re-opening yet? Our daughter is desperately waiting to take beginning archery lessons and although we loved the introductory sessions there, we just can’t make it all the way down to Palos Verdes on weekends on a regular basis. Thanks!

  9. Hi there my fiancé has always had an interest in archery since he was young. I want to surprise him with a bow but I don’t know anything about archery or where to start, if you could give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it 🙂 thank you!

  10. Hello,

I’ve noticed you have a great free starting class. I really love your location too.

I would like to arrange a surprise burthdayclass/day or two for only one person.
He is really excited and I want him to be able to ask questions and learn what he wants.
Is that possible? Do you offer anything close to that?

    Thank you so much
    Ela Adamek

    1. How do I set up some time at the Archery range for our troop of girls scouts? All have a little experience with archery. There are 12 girls. Thank you.

  11. Hi,

I am wondering if you are still allow to use the range space to practice if you don’t take classes at Rancho Park. Also, when you guys reopen on July 1st, would the time to use the range be the same which would be Saturday 9:30-12, Sunday 12-3:30, and Wednesday 6:30-8? Thank you.

  12. Hi again,

I saw on Yelp page that you guys are reopening on July 1st, 2017, but since the date to reopen has been postponed multiple times, I just want to make sure that you guys are going to reopen on July 1st. Thanks.

  14. Hello! We have a Girl Scout troop of about 9 girls (ages 11-12) that are going for an Archery badge and we would like to know if we can schedule some time for the girls to come and learn about archery and take the begining class. Do you have a special program to accommodate a troop or other suggestions of how we can arrange a visit? Please advise. Thank you!

  15. Hello! I just paid for my yearly membership, do I just show up for the introduction/safety class on Saturday? What about if I’m interested in an archery style that the calendar showcases, do I just show up for that? Thank you so much!

  16. Hi guys! Recently just moved to the Santa Monica area and can’t find a place to shoot my bow in this area. I have all of my own equipment, do I need a membership to shoot here? How do I go about taking the safety course so I could be eligible to use the range?

    Thank you!

    1. Hi Peyton! You can shoot at Rancho Park Archery Range if you have your own equipment. Currently, the safety course is not available. No membership is needed if you have your own equipment. I’ve recently gone back to the range. So welcome!
